Today I am joining up with Lisa at Pine Ridge Treasures for another blog hop! We were sent yummy components from Metapolies, along with some coordinating beads. I did remember to get a before shot.
I had a hard time with this one. I wanted to do earrings, but that wouldn't have used a lot of beads, and I wanted to use them all or close to it. I kept looking at them and couldn't decide what to make. Then I finally thought wrap bracelet. I tried memory wire, but the holes in the small beads were pretty small, I had trouble getting stringing wire through them too. So I pulled out some coordinating seed beads, and my needle and Fireline, and here you go:

I love wrap bracelets...so much fun to wear! I also love that you went a non-traditional route with the charm pair. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wrap bracelet, the charms must have a nice and fun way to move around the wrist.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! This turned out lovely.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bracelet, how fun that you could use almost all the beads too.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Kim, A wrap bracelet was a good choice.
ReplyDeleteGreat bracelet! You did so much better then I did about using your beads. I ended up only using a couple.
ReplyDeleteThe wrap bracelet was a winning idea, Kim! So fun and wearable. The charms seem right at home and pair so nicely with the beads. Thanks for being in the hop!
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever idea to use the charms for a layered bracelet! I just never think of things like that but I am so impressed by it! I enjoyed the text of your blog too! What a great sense of humor! Thanks and have a great day! --Sharyl
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of making a bracelet, I would never have thought of that! I love how you found just the right beads to pull it all together. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove that you wanted to use as many of the beads in the kit as possible. Finished bracelet looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful....the beads just really went so well together! Excellent work.
ReplyDeleteMulti-wrap bracelets are so popular right now, so you definitely hit the spot with this style! I love the coordinating colors and the way you used Sharly's components!
