This time Lisa sent me a focal set from Grubbi Beads. I love her beads, they are always gorgeous. Here is a shot of the focal. As usual I forgot to take a picture of the kit before I starting playing with it.
Isn't that pretty? It makes me think of spring, which is a good thing, since Mother Nature hasn't figured out yet what season it is. I've been watching it snow all day today.
The kit came with some silver chain, and these little gemstone squares. I added the Czech beads and knotted it on some lime green cord. Here is my finished necklace (I am waiting for the glue to dry before I cut off the cord ends).
Thanks to Lisa for hosting and for sending such a great kit. It was very easy to decide what I wanted to make.
Thank you for joining me, please take a look at what the other participants created with their beads:

So pretty! I love Grubbi too, and you picked great beads to go with it. Lovely colors, and it looks nice and long. I am so into long necklaces lately.
